Market Cross can host a variety of events from rehearsal dinners and bridal showers to business luncheons and birthday parties. We have areas that can be made more private or a large dining room for a large group. We are happy to offer different menus to accommodate different sizes and types of groups.
We require a $200 minimum in Food and Beverage Sales (not including gratuity) to rent the room privately after 5:00pm. If your total is lower than the $200, there will be a fee added that will cover the remainder. This is a very small total that can be reached easily if all guests are ordering food and beverages. Please understand, we would love to accommodate all meetings, but our space is reserved frequently and we need to reserve it for guests who are purchasing our products and services. Reserving the private room also includes 20% gratuity for the server.
For parties under 30 people:
Off Limited Lunch/Dinner Menu – Order off our shortened lunch/dinner menu. While this will give your guests more options, we do want to warn you that it will take longer for your guests to be served.
For parties over 30 people:
Pre-order 4 Option Menu – We will create a 4 item menu that you will send to guests and they can RSVP their entree choice to you. We will need the final menu 2 weeks in advance and the final entree count 4 days in advance. We will serve salads to each guest and at that time we will ask them what they ordered. The servers will then serve dinners directly after salads.
One or Two Entrees Served: You can choose one entree or a two entree plated dish that we will serve to all of your guests. All entrees come with a served salad.
You will work with one of our managers to choose a buffet off our Banquet and Catering Menu. This will be the quickest way to serve parties over 20 people.
